If you are unhappy with the piece, it's possible to request a return or exchange but cannot be guaranteed. It's encouraged to look at our tailored to you offer and to reach out with any sizing questions you may have.

Tailored to You
The Tailored To You, offer lets you get reimburse for tailoring services on items you buy.
To request your reimbursement, simply submit your proof of purchase along with the receipt from your tailor using the provided form.
It is kindly asked that you include details about the services and alterations performed, as this feedback helps inform future designs.
After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 3 days for approval and an additional 14 days for the reimbursement to be processed following approval. Please be advised that our reimbursement for tailoring services is limited to 40 € per garment.Collapsible tab content
Returns and Exchange
You can return item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date.
You can exchange item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date.
Request your return or exchange through our return service by contacting us at JESSIE@JESSIEFLAMMING.COM.
Please ensure the item(s) are returned in their original condition, original packaging and with all tags attached. If an item is damaged or in an unsuitable condition, we will be unable to issue a refund. Return shipping method will be clarified after consultation of our return service. Please note, we are not liable for merchandise returned through an alternative courier service.
Once your return has been processed, please allow up to 14 days of receiving the item for your refund to be made. The refund will be made through the original payment method, the return costs will be deducted from your refund.
